Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms govern your use of Temel. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Temel is a web application for construction billing. It keeps contracts, daily logs (градежен дневник), construction books (градежна книга) and invoices in one chain, checks invoiced quantities against the contract, and produces documents for print, PDF and Excel export. It is provided by Temel, a sole trader established in North Macedonia.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and using the service for business purposes. Keep your credentials confidential — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorised access.
Plans and payment
- Subscriptions are sold in three plans, billed monthly or yearly in EUR. Prices shown in МКД are indicative, converted at the pegged rate.
- LemonSqueezy is our merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles applicable VAT or sales tax. Its terms apply to the payment itself.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing screen; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not prorated.
- If a payment fails we may suspend access until it is settled.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
Refunds
If Temel is not what you expected, write to stefean.lazarovski@temelapp.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Renewal payments are not refundable, but you can cancel before a renewal to avoid the charge. Refunds are issued through LemonSqueezy to the original payment method.
Your data and content
Everything you enter — contracts, logs, books, invoices, uploaded files — remains yours. We claim no ownership over it and use it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your records at any time, including after cancelling.
You are responsible for having the right to enter the data you upload, and for its accuracy.
Invoices, tax and professional advice
Temel helps you produce invoices and site documentation, and its checks are designed to catch common billing mistakes. It is a tool, not an accountant, tax adviser or lawyer. You remain responsible for the correctness of every invoice you issue, for your tax filings, and for compliance with the rules that apply to your business — including the e-Faktura obligations of the Public Revenue Office.
Where the application transmits an invoice to the e-Faktura system on your instruction, it does so with the certificate you provided, in your name and under your responsibility.
AI features
The AI import reads contract items out of a file you upload. Automatic extraction can misread a document, so review the extracted items before saving them. We are not liable for figures you accept without checking.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully, or to produce false or misleading invoices or records;
- attempt to breach, probe or overload the service or another customer's data;
- resell or provide the service to third parties outside your own organisation without our agreement;
- copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the application, or remove notices from it;
- upload malware, or content you have no right to upload.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation: maintenance, upgrades and third-party failures can interrupt it. Support is by email at the address below; higher plans are answered first.
Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the law, or that is not paid for — normally after warning you, and immediately where the breach is serious. On termination we handle your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as it is, without any warranty that it will be free of errors or fit for a particular purpose beyond what these terms describe.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability towards you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profit, lost business, or indirect or consequential damage. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and we will notify account holders by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia, and disputes fall to the competent court there — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you may enjoy where you live.
